By accessing or using this website, submitting a form or booking a meeting, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Everything on this site, including videos, articles and guides, is general educational information. It is not financial, investment, insurance, tax or legal advice, and it is not an offer to buy or sell any security or insurance product. Advice is only given after a full review of your individual situation. Neither the firm nor its representatives give tax or legal advice.

We do not promise any particular outcome, income level, rate of return or savings. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Any examples are hypothetical and for illustration only. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Insurance guarantees depend on the financial strength and claims-paying ability of the issuing carrier.

You must be at least 18 years old and live in the United States to use this site or book a meeting. We currently serve all U.S. states except New York. Our services are generally designed for households with at least $300,000 in investable assets; we may decline or end any engagement that is not a good fit.

You agree that the information you submit is accurate, current and your own. By submitting your details, you authorize us to contact you by email, phone and text message about your inquiry and meeting, as described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.

Meetings are booked through our online scheduler and confirmed by calendar invite. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please use the link in your invite or call us at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the time to someone else. If you miss a meeting without notice, we may contact you once to reschedule and may decline future bookings after repeated no-shows.

Meetings may be held by Zoom or phone. With your knowledge, meetings may be recorded or transcribed for note-taking, quality and compliance purposes. You will be told at the start of the meeting if it is being recorded, and you may ask us not to record.

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose; submit false information or information about another person without permission; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems; introduce viruses or harmful code; scrape, copy or republish site content without our written permission; or interfere with other visitors' use of the site.

This site uses third-party services, including our scheduler (Calendly), video player, form provider, Zoom and advertising platforms. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Links to other websites are provided for convenience only.

This site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dynamic Wealth Strategies, Inc., its owners, employees and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under federal or state securities or insurance laws that cannot be waived.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dynamic Wealth Strategies, Inc. and its owners, employees and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or information you submit that is false or infringes the rights of another person.

We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or end your access to the site at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
